Wow, if there's no more CYANOGEN logo at the back, dishonest sellers will start to cheat very soon.

QUOTE(James_yka @ Jan 25 2015, 11:53 PM) Well... its written assembly in China... i would not say its not made in china... You're just biased because you've heard a lot of replica or cloned China sets. But hoping there is at least a better QC ? I dunno why im so biased about China Set... but i think its my mindset that all the bad China Set in malaysia just circulate in the market ? Just frankly speaking... from this forum i just noticed a lot China Set flashed to Cyanogen but still get a lot of problem... For a start, i dont notice any signal problem... or its just bcos of unstable beta rom problem ? I couldnt read all posts & sorry for my assumption.... OnePlus and Oppo is not typical cloned or replica set that you can find in market. Typical cloned set uses MTK instead of high-end Snapdragon chipset usually. Now, those are dangerous. |

Hmm, really hard to find baby silk white 64GB.
I tried to find all sellers in LYN, but couldn't find any. All of them are selling bamboo and sandstone black only. |

QUOTE(sanderz @ Jan 27 2015, 10:56 PM) 1 lucky guy.QUOTE(lukeroku @ Jan 27 2015, 11:52 PM) But most of the sellers don't have silk white now.I think if that's the case, I really need to buy bamboo version now, since it's only RM13xx. |

QUOTE(wkwong91 @ Jan 28 2015, 01:01 PM) Yeah, I was thinking that too.Maybe I'll compare black and bamboo to see which is more attractive to me. QUOTE(DannyOP @ Jan 28 2015, 01:44 PM) Bamboo edition do take note it is thicker than white and sandstone black, and some casing will not cover it fully. Thanks for the warning.I'll make sure I'll ask the seller first before buying the casing. QUOTE(James_yka @ Jan 28 2015, 06:52 PM) Even the china only sells 64GB in SandStone Black... Did they just take off the white cover from 16GB and fix onto 64GB?OnePlus CN I have no idea how did DirectD got the Baby Skin White to swap onto the 64GB... This could be the reason. |

QUOTE(akira87 @ Jan 28 2015, 08:49 PM) IINM, during the early days, silky white is available for both 16gb and 64gb. But now they made sandstone black exclusively for 64gb only. Most sellers carry these stocks:Sandstone black - 16GB & 64GB Babysilk white - 16GB only Bamboo - 64GB only JBL edition - 16GB only |

QUOTE(DannyOP @ Jan 29 2015, 12:14 AM) Hmm, I'm not sure about that and never ask them because I'm not really interested in 16GB.QUOTE(DannyOP @ Jan 29 2015, 12:19 AM) Easiest way to change colour is to buy a replacement cover from Yaobao for less than rm50. Or order sticker and change to your colour of choice. PM me, please. I'm interested in the replacement cover. Is it come with NFC too? QUOTE(RyoKenzaki @ Jan 29 2015, 12:50 AM) Can't u just buy the black ver and buy a white housing to change it later? I think I seen someone selling in garage sell Some housing don't come with NFC, so it's just a basic cover.Sellers in LYN sell only sandstone black. |

QUOTE(DannyOP @ Jan 29 2015, 07:16 AM) You need to understand Chinese or get someone's help to order from Taobao. Never mind then. I guess I'll just buy bamboo will do.BTW those experiencing signal drops can try flashing the Full modem instead - http://boeffla.df-kunde.de/bacon/modems/ My signal has improved using the Full modem of CM12 for my CM 12 ROM. Those using CM11S can try using full modem of CM11S. By the way, I do notice that Oppo and OnePlus really have weak signal. Happens the same to my gf's Oppo N1 as well. Anyway, thanks for the modem link. |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Jan 30 2015, 01:05 PM) i think CM will still maintain the OS for OnePlus, just that it won't be shipped together with the phone (default OS). after all, keeping OnePlus users as part of user base, they can gloat they have a huge user base/ installs. Agree with you. This applies the same to Oppo N1 too. |

QUOTE(Haters_Gonna_H8 @ Jan 30 2015, 01:14 PM) hmmm, but in China, oneplus will not be launching Oxygen OS, but H2 OS. So that means in future, no more ColorOS for their local China set?![]() source: http://www.oneplusbbs.com/forum.php?mod=vi...ge%3D1&mobile=2 |

QUOTE(Haters_Gonna_H8 @ Jan 30 2015, 01:21 PM) thats the most logical answer. but bear it mind. it is also most logical that this H2 OS will not carry any google services in it as it will cater for China users. Oh yes, the same applies to ColorOS for Oppo handsets in China too.Google services are rendered useless in the Great Wall. Thank you for sharing! |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Jan 30 2015, 01:41 PM) not surprising. i believe ColorOS was a quick solution for them. they wanted to get the phone out, but didn't want to spend too much time working the OS. so just piggyback in sister company. Cyanogen Inc can go and f*ck themselves!but with the new OS, i would expect the UI (looks and feel) to be similar for all versions of OnePlus, maybe minus some Google services. anyway, some news on CM: MICROSOFT INVESTS IN ROGUE ANDROID DEVELOPER CYANOGEN http://www.lowyat.net/2015/01/microsoft-in...loper-cyanogen/ No wonder so many people left CM and started Omni. Now I can understand why it is so. |
