Hi everyone, wish to share with you guys my experience. I got my new iPhone 6 plus from Digi, using it till day 5 only. And it got " hang " , black out with no response at all, phone turn heat after few mins. Nothing can do until I perform hard reset thru press wake up / sleep button with home together to reboot it ! Anyone here having same problem like me before with your new iPhone 6/6+ ? Is it serious problem or not ? Thanks in advance to those free to drop ur opinion or sharing your experience here. Enjoy your weekend : )

QUOTE(THTgadgets.com @ Jan 10 2015, 01:22 PM) Hey mate, if the problem continues, it could be some hardware issue, or even something to do with iOS itself. The best thing is for you to go to the DiGi Center and tell them about the problem you're facing with the iPhone 6+. They should be able to help you out, there and then! I thought is some apps crashed and cause it hang. How they define it is hardware issue ? Anyway, thanks for advise.

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Jan 10 2015, 01:27 PM) If its not "broken" now in anyway, its hard to proof defect to the people at the service centres. I suggest you hang on to your phone and until the day it fails, you can send it back it back for RMA. I did experience this before with the 5s before. It happens yesterday, after hard reset, now is okay and doing fine until now. Just installed one big game etc FIFA 15 and one small game Fish Mania at the moment. Hope it will be fine. Thanks bro.

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Jan 29 2015, 12:09 PM) Correct me if Im wrong, but I guess the reason you guys got long hours for the update was because you updated by connecting your phones to itunes and downloading there. If you guys have updated OTA you should have downloaded it in less than half an hour. The reason being if you are downloading via Itunes, Itunes downloads the whole IOS 8.1.3 while OTA updates only downloads the 'update' file to 8.1.3. It is OTA

QUOTE(celdric @ Jan 29 2015, 05:18 PM) with or without fully discharge? Charge when below 20%. This is my experience since I am using iphone 4. Everytime when updated with new ios, the battery consumption a bit fast until few time charge only back to normal.
