i never bought iphone from machine however it its defected (cosmetic or not cosmetic damage) when being open (manufacturers fault) then u can change one to one no problem.

the sad thing is.... the machine manager just wanted the sale and dont want to accept the phone back because it'll lose the sale. more over its the last pair. the manager can just do one to one exchange without getting customer to make a police report.
