iPhone 6 plus 128Gb, any issue @ problem?

Yes, initially I just want to get 64Gb new unit but my friend want to let go his 128Gb which only used less than a month. Price is similar to new 64Gb 6 plus. Phone + set box + casing + front/back protector.

And, in this case the phone is purchased under maxis contract and have been registered under his name. Question; is there any conflict in term of phone registration for Apple warranty and iTunes account?

I've heard that in earlier 128Gb release and it got some issue which I can't recalled what is it. So, just to ensure that problem have been resolved by Apple and I can use 128Gb with peace of mind.
