I'm a bit lost. What's the use of iPhone 6 connecting to another iPhone 5 using bluetooth. What's the function? I managed to connect and I have no idea what its for.

Hmm I always thought airdrop is either wifi or bt on adhoc basis. Don't think you need to connect manually.

Colleague dropped her iPhone 6 and it costs RM1200 for the screen to be changed. Wow. Haven't changed though. Is that really the price?

Where did she get the quotation? That's ridiculously expensive, by the way! shocking.gif

Based on my experience with the iPhone 6+.

Battery life was great on the first day. Clean phone so not restored from my old iPhone 5 backup.

Then I installed some apps and the battery started to drain more during the 3rd or 4th day but still way better than my iPhone 5.

Wasn't satisfied so I tried to reset settings and the stellar battery life came back. I tried switching background app refresh and the battery life is even better!

After installing some other apps yesterday, the battery started draining more than usual again today. I'm not sure whether its my FreeMyApps profile thats causing the battery drain since if I reset settings that profile is deleted.

It could be because of weather app accessing location services all the time too?

Anyone using Free My Apps here?

My record so far is 12hr with 40% battery life. Which is not bad considering I'm a moderate to heavy user.

12 hours usage with 40% left?! this is way beyond good. Which mean you can get 20 hours usage if you drain it to 0%? This is crazy. ==
*
Thats my record so far. But the day before around 25% for 10 hrs. Just wanna know how to be in control of the battery hahahah.

When battery drain does your phone get hot? Yes I am using free my apps and no problem with it.
*
Nope, just drains more than normal. Guess its not FMA then. Thanks!

Your record is usage time or standby time actually? if it is usage time, I want to see your screen shot and need to call u sifu already, teach me the magic! lol
*
Dang, don't have any screenshot, but I think the only sifu here is TOMEI-R hahah. But I think its more like your battery usage now. 10% per hour. Try turning of Background App Refresh. My office doesn't have wifi so thats why it drains so much I guess.

Hi, guys..

I just receive my ip6.

Having issue with the camera - slow-mo mode. Screen flickering... any idea?

I google the results and saw quite numbers of people having this issues.

Can anyone advise me.
*
That's indoor lighting thats flickering. Try different kind of lighting or outdoor.

I also observed this problem, but this light flickering thing is only obvious mainly in slow-mo mode. When in time-lapse mode or video mode, this kind of flickering is not so obvious. Is this normal?  hmm.gif
*
Yep, its only on slo-mo since 240fps catches all the flickering. 120fps may reduce it slightly.
