u are receiving this because your phone is from singapore. Singapore do not have SIRIM. but when comes to Malaysia, you will need SIRIM. Stick this to your card, so in any event of warranty claim, you can show it and prove its a Malaysia Set

Each country will have its own government agency to control, check, test many types of things. Malaysia is SIRIM.
In this case, any RF (radio frequency) products, such as mobile phones, fax machines, WiFi access points, etc. need to have Type Approval under SIRIM.

If the product is not certify, either the company/person need to apply and this can be a long and tedious process. That is why some people are complaining their product stuck and can't release by Customs, since they need the Type Approval.

When UPS brings in this device, they need to clear Customs and provide the reference for Type Approval. This is the sticker to certify for it. It's fine whether you stick it or not. No police or customs or sirim will stop you on the road to check it.
