Maybe battery too low.
Or u can try reset the phone by holding power button n home button for few sec.

My wife's ip6 got screen problem today. Screen become blurry, and got lines. Will send to claim warranty tomorrow or later, but now looking for spare phone first.

Haih. Should kept my 5s as a spare phone.
