i did last time for my iPhone 5... 5 days of using the phone.. wifi issue, go back to digi with full set.. Digi replaced a brand new unopened set for me. Everything less than 1 hour.

something wrong with your cable or charger? u using the new cable / charger or the old one?

where you bought it? maybe can bring back for checking? Cos normally it can be charge within 2-3 hours.
And for a new phone, it should be full at 100%

actually those resellers are not allowed to do so.. at least according to apple. Cos one of the resellers in my place also did that and customer complaint to Apple. Unfortunately, the owner of the shop denied it and said probably it's his staff misconduct. Then they openly apologised in their facebook page and said they do not have such policy that they need to buy at least on accessories for outright devices.
They even put the blame on the staff who forced customers to buy accessories. They said the staff are told to encourage customer to buy basic accessories like case and sp but not forcing them.. LoL...

Apparently this is a tactic from those dishonest resellers..

u are receiving this because your phone is from singapore. Singapore do not have SIRIM. but when comes to Malaysia, you will need SIRIM. Stick this to your card, so in any event of warranty claim, you can show it and prove its a Malaysia Set

few things u need to worry if you decided not to use a case...

1. Bending - rare but still happening
2. Protruding camera - while the lens is made of sapphire, it doesn't mean it wont break.
3. Scratches - the easiest to scratch is the apple logo.

I think no more replacing with new units. All replacement are refurbished unit. And i think after 7 days, you will need to send it to apple service centre for claim.

used too when using phone 5... but didnt install for ip6+ since theres no battery issue for me. At least can last till 8pm before i need to charge

they can use 8gb but if they dont optimised the usage, its still useless...
