When I added contacts on my GMAIL , it appears on my phone
But when I added on my phone, it doesnt appear on my Gmail.
Any idea?
This gonna be very tedious work. So brace yourself.
On your iphone.
Part A:
1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
2. Scroll down to "Contacts" section, look for "Default Account"
3. If it stated "iCloud" proceed to Part C.
4. If it stated "on My iPhone", you may need to sync with iCloud because there's no way to export the contact directly from your iphone. Proceed to Part B.
Part B:
1. Go to Settings > iCloud
2. Enable "Contacts". It will notify you that contacts that is manually saved in your iPhone will be merged with iCloud. Proceed to Part C.
Part C:
1. Go to
https://www.icloud.com/ in your web browser on your PC/Mac.
2. Select "Contacts" Icon.
3. Select the Contacts that you wanted to export.
4. On the lower left, you'll see a "Setting" icon. Select "Export vCard"
5. You may import it to your Gmail account.
Ok now you got all figure it out, but the next time, what if you wanted to directly add contacts to you gmail account in your iphone without wanting to sync it iCloud?
1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
2. Scroll down to "Contacts" section, look for "Default Account"
3. Select Gmail.
So the next time you add new contacts, it will sync to your gmail.
