For those who have an issue with Safari crashing when opening a specific website, maybe you guys could try Web Inspector to see what’s going on. Enable it in Settings and then access your device via the Develop menu in Safari when it’s connected to your computer.
Some users in this thread reported that CIMB’s website crashed Safari, so I fired up Safari and went to CIMB’s website and found 130 warnings (Unexpected CSS token - styles.jsp) as you can see in the spoiler below. However, it didn’t crash.

Anyway, I don’t have an account so I can’t login though. Maybe, those who have CIMB accounts could inspect it further?
Also, you might want to check the crash logs. Do note that the iOS device must be synced first.
For Mac > ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
For Windows > \Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\
You might also check out Diagnostics & Usage in Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & Usage > Diagnostics & Usage Data
Perhaps we could determine whether it’s the memory/JS/CSS/WebKit/or other things.
Oh, and by the way, Happy Chinese New Year!
