i think u wont get any new set. for sure its a refurbished set. i'm sure unless u call apple directly and force them to get a new set. by the way, good luck.

if u buy frm telco with plan, then go back to telco... else from the online store, you will need to call them if anything happened to your phone, they will ask u to go retailer (mac city/ machine) to check, provided you have a case number

Anyone claim warranty before from DiGi as my set I got it from there. I tried restarting the phone and but it seems not to be helping as my Touch ID setting could not turn pass thru the set up process.

Have you tried backing up the phone and doing a reset? If it still doesn't work after a reset then maybe it's time to head down to DiGi.

Ya, tried the reset but it is still same. Anyone send in and know how long does it take for the service? They will give you a new set instead of a refurbished set right?
I felt my phone a bit warm and lagging out of sudden. Should this be a hardware issue? I bought from Digi last year. Can I go back to change a new one? Not refurbish set right?
