Need help and guide from lowyat members. Im seriously very frustated with what happen right now. The story begin like this.
I just bought iphone 6 plus 128gb from Machines in Sunway Pyramid on 17 Jan 2015. As an apple procedure, we have to pay first and then can only open the box. So i paid and they open the box, i found that there is damage at the phone which is under the screen at the side right of the phone. So ask them to change new one. They say cannot. Have to go to machines service center to claim 1 to 1 phone. So i just proceed with the purchase.
So today(19 jan 2015), i went to machines service centre in Midvalley to claim the warranty. Suddenly, they said it is a cosmetic warranty which is not cover under warranty. (WTF????). They say they ask me to refer back to outlet where i bought.
So i like stupid person go here n there, go to sunway machines and see the manager. They also said they cannot do anything. Seriously im really pissed off. The manager said email to contact@machines.com.my to report a complain. Because he cannot do anything.
I call apple customer service, they say if buy online, u can claim if anything damage on the phone within 7 days. I said, so how about my case, they said has to refer to machins back since bought from there.
Seriously i really need ur kind of help. I thinking to make polis report. I just give them 2 option. Money return or change mew iphone.
Please guide me.

Sorry nothing we can help as we already posted many bad experience with machines. They only interested to sell phone, not claim warranty. They will accuse u 101 reasons so hat u cannot claim. U didn't buy direct from Apple, so they also cannot help u. The most u can do now is go to the branch u bought and demand see manager.https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3474457
