Need help and guide from lowyat members. Im seriously very frustated with what happen right now. The story begin like this.

I just bought iphone 6 plus 128gb from Machines in Sunway Pyramid on 17 Jan 2015. As an apple procedure, we have to pay first and then can only open the box. So i paid and they open the box, i found that there is damage at the phone which is under the screen at the side right of the phone. So ask them to change new one. They say cannot. Have to go to machines service center to claim 1 to 1 phone. So i just proceed with the purchase.

So today(19 jan 2015), i went to machines service centre in Midvalley to claim the warranty. Suddenly, they said it is a cosmetic warranty which is not cover under warranty. (WTF????). They say they ask me to refer back to outlet where i bought.

So i like stupid person go here n there, go to sunway machines and see the manager. They also said they cannot do anything. Seriously im really pissed off. The manager said email to contact@machines.com.my to report a complain. Because he cannot do anything.

I call apple customer service, they say if buy online, u can claim if anything damage on the phone within 7 days. I said, so how about my case, they said has to refer to machins back since bought from there.

Seriously i really need ur kind of help. I thinking to make polis report. I just give them 2 option. Money return or change mew iphone.

Please guide me.

A friend of mine just updated his FB status about a Machines outlet selling him a scratch devices. Not sure iphone or others. Same like previous user problem luckily he manage to get replacement after argument with the Manager.

definitely bad experience, just make sure you guys get what you pay for. i never had any good impression with the resellers here anyway. but during my uni days in australia buying from apple store is just wonders. top notch 5 star services, not like here some of the employees are not even properly trained!

btw buying from apple store online is much better, their online customer service is 10x better. i rather pay full price get premium customer service than paying full price and get lousy treatment from under trained monkeys   

Just receive a call from Machine head office, now they say want to exchange. WTF?? Seriously they waisting my time...

After they know they've been reported then they only call you for exchange? I am curious with this. 

Within 7 days, 1-1 exchange. They will send courier service to collect and give you the replacement instead.
My sister's 4S which was bought from online had issue earlier and just sent in at the centre in Berjaya Mall (opposite of Times Square) and replaced her a refurbished unit, that time she was at her 11th month of warranty.

if online order from Apple... is it Apple and not Machines' if want to claim warranty?

Hi all. Please help me.

New iPhone 6 user here. I received my iPhone on Monday afternoon. Buying from Apple online store. Yesterday my iPhone suddenly died when I take out from my pocket. Last time I check my battery was around 70% which is 20-30 mins before I put it in my pocket. Already done hard reset and charging around 2-3 hours still can't on. I put it in my front pocket and it seems like there is no bend at all. Is it possible to ask for 1 to 1 exchange? Because just read that someone said within 7 days if my iPhone got problem can ask for 1 to 1 exchange.

Btw, I already call Singapore hotline and they will arrange for 1 to 1 exchange. 

Yea, their service was very good. No, I just explain to them the problem of my iPhone and the operator transfer me to Apple online store support for arrangement of 1 to 1 exchange.

Actually before I call Singapore hotline I already call Malaysia hotline where the operator ask me to make report thru their website because they still close. Hahaha

Btw, thanks for your suggestion to call them. 

Guy,yesterday night i try to fully used my phone until it close. So i start charging, but it only able to charge to 91%...i still cannot get 100% of charging...Please help,any solution

you don't have to read the things you don't want to for GOD sake.

just to annoy you my 6+ battery is a beast, more than 10 hours usage daily w/o fail. 

is it worthwhile to buy iphone 6 plus now or wait for the new generation which mostly will announce in the coming september? i knew this might be a silly question. but i just looking for more opinions and ideas. since iphone 6 plus been announced about 5months ago.

4g ram whd be useless if not optimize...i use both high end ios and android device i can notice the different

Taking a look back at iPhone 4 and 5, they look so tiny now after using a 6+ for a couple of weeks. Even iPhone 6 feels small.
