Ah, forgot all about EpiCenter, they're also one of the good Resellers in town, with their Pavilion outlet always packed with people!

Philips indeed has very good iPhone music docks, and I have one at home in fact. It's the older-school one though, with the previous Apple dock, although I have the Lightning adapter connected to it. And the sound from this dock is just amazing, especially with the bass turned on!

Oh yeah, I found the model of my Philips iPod / iPhone dock. It's the DC320 and has been serving me well for the past couple of years, in fact (from the 5th generation iPod touch, to the iPhone 5, and now the 6)!

Even Singapore, being the location of Apple South Asia's HQ, does not have an Apple Store. I can safely say that if AAPL plans to open their first Retail Store in this region, SG will get it first followed by MY.

Which means that for now, we can only go to Perth, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, or Shanghai to check out the nearest Retail Store (all these cities are 5-6 hours flight from KUL, and within the same time zone)!

Demand for service recovery! You've wasted so much time doing what you have done.
