The frontline staff in most of the organizations here are improperly trained, rude and don't understand the basics of customer service. Just watched the youtube video on the two KFC workers having a fight in public and I was in stitches Anyway I digress. Conclusion: if you're buying an Apple product at retail price and don't need telco subsidies, best get it from the Apple online store. |

It's in the mindset, most of the businessman here are just in for the money, majority of them anyways. They don't care too much about customer service and after sales service.

They indeed have a wide variety of these stuff, compared with some of their competitors (although another good option is the Mac Studio outlets, especially the Live one in Jaya SC). But seeing the poor experience some of you have had when buying the primary product at Machines, I will definitely think twice when buying the "big thing" from them. I'll likely just stick to the Online Store instead! |
