Anyone has any idea whether torn/ripped leather for Louis Vuitton bag can be repaired and whether the LV store is offering any service to repair it and the charges? I am using a Louis Vuitton GM and i want to get the lining on top of the bag fixed because i cinch it most of the time and the leathers starts to scuff. Anyone has experience on this issue?

Are you able to post some pictures? If the vachetta is ripped, they can replace it but if the canvas it ripped they are not able to fix. I don't have a totally but none of my LVs have ever ripped and I have items 8+ years old. I am so sorry this happened! That should not happen to a 2 year old LV item. Maybe talk to the store manager and see if there is something they can do.

Is it due to poor workmanship or due to your rough handling? If it's poor workmanship you could take it back to the boutique; they have warranty. It should not happen; some of my bags are more than 20 years old and still in pristine condition.
