normal practise,

depends on your preference .

painting must go undercoat, then follow by carpentry or laminated floor.

if your contractor is good. go laminate floor, then cover with protection . only install carpentry . then follow by final coat painting .

if you not confident of their supervising , u can arrange the laminated come after carpentry and painting . so it will minimise the possibility damage to your flooring . cause flooring is occupied for all the works .

but some carpentry , u might need to inform them , u will require install laminated flooring .

they will know the works .

Very nice design. Thank you for sharing thumbsup.gif
any actual pictures you could share?

and do you or your company has IG account? I'm really interested in woodworking/carpentry but most reference I have are from overseas.
It's nice to see local companies and individuals starting be more visible in social media.

Keep up to good work in this thread.

Hi Kasey

Do you know who can provide and install 10 feet tall sliding glass doors? With no borders in the middle, other than the aluminium frame holding the glass. I asked 2 kitchen cabinet companies and they say the maximum height they can do is 8 feet only.

I'm looking to do two units of 10 ft x 9 ft wardrobe, laminated carcass in grey, with smoke glass doors.

What would be the market rate per foot run right now for full height wardrobe 10ft?

May I know where is your area ? Drop me a pm , if here I reveal method of doing the 10ft height sliding glass door.

It's not good for the previous kitchen cabinet companies that you had enquiries ....

It cannot be doing like normal KC way of doing . Need doing with Construction and Commercial Way .

But bare in mind, the cost will be high . Cause normally local supplier dont keep much stock for 10ft glass .

---------

For the Wardrobe , 10ft height , 9fr each , need two . ? still got others things ??

Market price start from RM 7xx-9xx/pfr , depends on the laminate.
