yes, true, the facade and facilities is doing great but, quality is poor. my fren took keys about 6-7 months ago and dont even got one chance to swim, as the pool keep remain maintenance or yellowish water. carpark flood like no tomorrow, waterfall in lift car.

maincon can perform well in other project but this project, i guess developer have to bear the most and main responsibility. as from my point of view, developer need maximise profit so they squeeze the maincon, in cost, price, time frame.. so, this kind of end product will be

for lift and others might be better already.
but even i go also for a block only, the other blocks i duno la.
but during Feb i went there, the swimming pool is still greennnnnsssss.

if the latest ntv7 video showing there is crack line for the pool is true.
then sorry to say that, cost of rectify is very high and i dont think developer will bear it.
they will play besok lusa with all of the resident, until end of DLP period, then say byebye to owner
