3000 residences upon completion.. I stayed at Metro Prima for almost 10 years.
Just take a ride go and feel the road condition at the current stage and imagine the road congestion few years later. But good news is there will be 2 MRT station right infront Metro Prima.

Conclusion : Buy for own stay, feel free to do it as long as you liked it
Buy for investment? Well I dont want jeopardize the opportunities of my fellow agents here, but do your due diligence well before committing.

I just wonder why there is no protest at all until now. This project is ridiculous, 3000 high floor unit in such a small area, on a soft land near the lake. What the buyer want ? Traffic jam or runtuh ...

I'm living in a small area which have more than 14 blocks of apartment, it is like living in hell, traffic jam all the times. There is a law in developed countries that control population in one area to ensure life quality. Unfortunately our government do the other way, get some table money and let the developer do whatever they want.

The Henge Residence is going to ruin this area. It is not the reserve land problem anymore, your property price is going down sooner or later when the traffic jam getting worst. Just like what happen to me when all the condo/apartment fully occupy. Traffic jam and too many apartment competition will make this place into hell.

Protest it now, before it is too late.

I just came back from sale office. I think 70% sold remaining units are all high floor. Lower units left are below and besides water storage. Block C is around 20k cheaper than block D.  Block E &  F not open yet and will be on higher price. One of the block will have lake &  park view.
