MRT is MRT2, which is still very long away.....also walking distance to the nearest MRT station is about 800m, not only u have to withstand rain and hot sun, and your new fren Mr. Parang too.
Many still feel MRT will solved all problems. The main issue is MRT developed too late. By the time MRT1 done, already trying to resolved congestion created for the pass 5yrs. By the time MRT2 done, it too will be the same. If you been to HKG, Japan, Taiwan, Beijing and taken their rail system, you will understand what I meant. |

QUOTE(accetera @ Apr 9 2016, 10:43 PM) I did reveal wat are all the upcoming projects in that area here: Exclude Item 4, still 8100 units. So if included PDRM, probably 10k units. Kaboom the road.http://www.ptlm.com.my/index.php/component...market-slowdown MRT2 can cater for say additional 3k person on top of current residents around there? Also, for RUMAWIP say cannot lease out. How they going to prevent it?....huge loop holes.... |

QUOTE(JustNobody @ Apr 14 2016, 11:25 AM) The price for this condo is so far ok.. What I don't like about what developer did to the show room unit is they are actually very far different from what people will be getting... Ex: door heights and ceiling height... Actually gov should control on this matter as some developer is like putting up 11 or 12 feet at show unit, but actual unit will be like 10 feet... The feeling of 1 or 2 feet will make a lot of different feeling.. this is to trap newbies...lol..all mesmerized by showroom.....half way thru they will demolish showroom to avoid any dispute later.... so best to look at the actually floor layout with dimensions, etc. |

QUOTE(champu @ Apr 14 2016, 01:32 PM) Newbie here, although I usually set my expectation low when it comes to the showroom vs actual unit I struggle with the dimensions. Familiar yourself with general big ticket item dimensions like Bed (Various sizes), Sofa (L shape, 2 or 3 seaters, washer fridge, tv, dining table. These items typically can give you general spacing remaining. This is to avoid the sketches or showroom by developer.I guess it's not rocket science but any tip for a newbie would be most welcome As for the Height of room, 10.5 ft is acceptable. You don't want excess height unless you want plaster ceiling. Reason being, curtain will be bigger and cost more, railing cost more with heavy duty type. Cooling space for AC increased. If you doing tinting, then will cost more. All these adds up the cost incurred. Once you start doing reno, you will understand. |
