haha u sure ma maxim over deliver? their maxim cheras nothing special wor... workmanship also average at best... i think so far AK only the ppa1m workmanship sucks... their parkhill workmanship not bad... my fren unit not much defects on the list....

usually with rumawip... you can ask for higher density from DBKL mia... thats why alot developers other than AK also starting to building rumawip with bebas combo....

yea... only electricity can change to resi rate... the rest cannot... but considering KWP mentioned rumawip will be under resi title regardless of the true land title status makes skyawani buyers on a losing end like this....
