Get to know more friend who working in construction like engineer, architect or QS that involve with AK project, ask for advise before you put the word 'not bad'

Agree with you. Don't deceive by this developer, People always attract by the exterior design of the building and try persuade themselves because the price is low so let's forget how bad is their project.. but how come the price is so low? You know I know laaa... 🤫

After you bought the house, within DLP many thing might able to rectify by the contractor, but how about 2 years later? Pray to the guanyingma, jesus and Allah.. 🙏

From what I heard from the story of my friend la he is working in contractor company.. Most of the contractor now don't want to do AK project all lari jauh jauh, because they can't receive payment. So you figure it out yourself, will they do anything after DLP?
