Pay rm490k to buy this high density project is definitely big NO for me. No matter from the view of own stay or investment. It's totally not cheap please.

I don't see any sense that's need 3 days queuing up to get a unit here. If really got ppl queuing there, I doubt on the genuine and sorry for those believe on that. Just my thoughts don't beat me. Lol
