The price for this condo is so far ok.. What I don't like about what developer did to the show room unit is they are actually very far different from what people will be getting... Ex: door heights and ceiling height... Actually gov should control on this matter as some developer is like putting up 11 or 12 feet at show unit, but actual unit will be like 10 feet... The feeling of 1 or 2 feet will make a lot of different feeling..

Don't set your expectation so high... When I see such high density and big project.. You will have quality issues.. This developer at the same time got so many big project going on... I am doubt their mgmt. team capable of managing all those...

I heard this project will not end nicely.. Someone told me that the main contractor is in trouble now with land and piling issue, their offer price to tender this project is giving them very hard time... Good luck for those purchaser if this is true...
