They even explain the 10k rebate form thoroughly during snp signing.
But only 2 copies, one for developer and one for lawyer firm to keep. Buyer cannot have it

Khor and Rafidah firm got provided rebate form to sign.
probably they kiasi and worry argument between buyer and developer in the future, so they can show the proof later on. Anyway, this is proactive action done by this firm. Other firm not sure.

gotten the letter from developer to bank for first 10% disbursement drawdown. wondering we need to start serving interest or not
