My G3258 + MSI H97 Gaming 3 cant overclock
seems like locked

board BIOS version already update to latest version
when try to overclock, i cant adjust CPU ratio
using keyboard "+ and -" adjust ratio , cant more than 32, only can less than

i also tried click OC Genie button, but still no function

this is hardware problem?
