after asking a few questions, this guy take over the phone while the lady is talking to me, and said
" sorry we are busy with lots of customer, and cut off the conversation immediately"

Sorry we were very busy that time when he called. Customers were staring at us because we talked on the phone halfway serving them. If you are the customer in shop that time, you would prefer us to settle their eyes first before continued talking on phone in front of them.

Anyway, my lady colleague gave him a few quotations and a child was waiting for her to check eyes, so she passed me the phone and I apologized and explained we were busy.

Always listen to 2 side stories and understand our difficulties. We cant pleased everyone but we have to serve those in the shop first as we have been told by the boss. Thank you.
