A little too predictable and straight forward I would say.
The narration part was a bit overkill and made it sound fictional rather than history, because in the movie Leonidas was potrayed like a superman whom couldn't possibly die.
No doubt though that his army stood well and slaughtered the Persians massively that it angered Xerxes badly that Leonidas got decapitated and crucified (something the Iranian Xerxes culture seldom practice - scriptures describe Persians as men who honour warriors who fought bravely).
Troy was a little more realistic than this movie, even though the battle of troy may be fictional.
