Need advice or feedback. My father has bad experience today using proton preve cvt iafm today. It happened when he was going out of parking area going upward ramp, the car suddenly stop. He shocked for a while and decided to change the gear to S.

But, it only move slowly upward despite he fully pressed the throttle.

Any idea what went wrong and any advice?

Prior to this, there were a few occasions, where the car jerks after moving from stop i.e.: at roundabout or traffic light. Not sure whether this is related issue or not.
