is it possible to buy the plastic screw holder for the door panel? or specifically the one u screw the power window control unit into the door panel.. and also plastic clip.. i think some dropped into the "endless pit" while i dissamble the dash panel to install HU.. are those things listed at proton spare part list?

tomorrow i will be be claiming the warranty for my engine mounting~~expecting some significant improvement~~currently the vibration is very noticeable as compared to when i first get my car~~

Any other things did u guys claim warranty? (done with wire harness and light bulb [changed to Omron instead of Phillips])~~

Anyway one question~~did u guys service the air-cond before? How often do u guys service it~~based on my past experience~~some mention no matter what send it for service once a year (clean and top up the gas)~~some mention only when u feel not cold~~Please advice

i guess they were rushing. Orders keep coming but cant fullfill earlier due to issue with  the GST. According to my SA, they stop production from 1st april til 15th.

it only happen when on not-so-even-road at low speed. 20kmph like that.

car vibrate till can feel from seat? change new engine mounting u can feel the difference..

Ur mileage how muh? I claim first cannot, i write email to proton icare then they let me change lol.. I just say if proton come out with new design engine mounting, this is improvement/revision made, not wear and tear, by right should do recall since the car vibration so bad is design issue..

Just got my preve yesterday,
Problems

1. Rattling sound (sounds like mounting problem)
2.Blaupunkt HU micro sim slot does not detect the micro sin card (navigation does not work)
3 LH speaker sounds more louder than the rest

Really hope proton can solve all these issues...
Furthermore its a May 2015 model

oh if latest already still vibrate hard? i really seldom can feel vibration oledi oh.. especially during idle.. last time old mounting really vibrate like osim when idle.

LOL, PROTON should also advertise that their PREVE comes equipped with a built-in OSIM massage chair also.  Anyway, just joking, but if this problem is truly inherent, PROTON had better come up with  a permanent solution.
