You got any pics of the pc when it was delivered to you?
I mean if it was delivered like this to me i would have not even accept this and would tell the guy to do a proper job again but then i think during that time u have already waited for like half a year or so you would be eager to use the comp. Coz i know i would have if i have waited half a year.
Did you ask the guy for solutions after this happened? Why not have a chat with the guy and settle this problem instead of posting here which doesn't solve any problem and making yourself a target here. you keep saying you are not accusing of any thing here but the fact is this tread is here and we all can read this.

i google my way though my first water cooling last year, brought my parts through online retail and visiting some shops in KL when I am there(im from JB), turns out the parts availability is terrible so i decided to just buy myself online from amazon and others. I didn't know what was a fitting when i was planning my rig. Did all the research with a good friend of mine and turns out ok i guess but ugly coz it was my first time.
But really........whats the point of opening a tread here?
BTW i have the same casing as you and its a pain in the ass to work with coz its heavy like shit.
