Finally if u stay in sea park (if u remember the ruby cinema) opposite there is a row of shop and on the far corner there is a shop with many hawker food stall the house opposite this shop also was hunted (used to be a mahjong den during the late 70's. The room beside the kitchen was hunted. (There used to be a mango tree just behind the house) but after the tree was cut down, seems the "ghost" disappeared

Regarding taman sea if I am not mistaken either paramount cinema or ruby there is a seat that usually will not be sold even if it packed. I still remember last time buying the ticket cost only a ringgit and 4 of us kids used to sneak inside to watch, and we always usually sit far away from that chair

QUOTE(jonny4 @ Dec 18 2014, 11:00 AM)
thats d main prob with buying houses in the older parts of PJ. some could have many previous owners or tenants...who knows wat happened there.

my fren grew up in PJ n wanted to buy a house in PJ...he had the money. but after numerous viewings he could not find a house that he n his gf felt comfortable in...some of these houses he viewed, the moment u walk in u start to feel weird. he is very superstitious so he gave up buying a house in PJ
*
That is why when u want to view some house better to bring a baby or a kid. If they cry or want to go home once u enter then better don't buy. This is what I heard from ppl
