so, i was a student of a particular institution in PJ back in 2005 in September (i think) when theres been a bout of hysteria cases. Never experienced any of them myself, except for what im about to tell...
anyhow, on this particular night, theres a theatrical play at the hall and someone (2 of them i think, succumbed to possession/hysteria) of some sort. later, i heard its the case of saka. well, i cant confirm anyhting about it though. nevertheless, my friend and i had just had our dinner when we heard the case of hysteria and decided to check in out. so, after few mins on the scene, we decided to return to our dorm room and be done for the day.
its a practice of mine to listen to music those days before sleeping and as not to disturb anyone, ill borrow my friend's discman.
at first, i thought that my friend is playing a prank on me as he's a practical joker himself.
its rather impulsive on my part that i impulsively decided to open the window, to check out the sound, and theres nothing. the sound just keeps on getting weaker and finally disappear. now, i think about it, its kinda stupid-bravado kinda thing to do...
the kicker part of it is that, another friend of mine whose bed is just by my side didnt hear the sound at all. at first we thought that he's asleep, but apparently, he's listening to his mp3 player as well and only woke up when we opened the window, much to his surprise. few other roomates of mine is also having a lively conversation in the next room and they hear nothing despite having the window open in the same direction as mine.
well, thought nothing of it and slept like a baby that night...
until few years later, when i heard the so-called beliefs which states "if "it" sounds close and hear, fear not as the entity is far-away and vice-versa." that gives me the goosebumps when i heard about it..
