My wife's single aunt rent a house in ss12 many years ago. According to her aunty, the rented house was haunted (she is so brave she stayed there for quite a number of years). The extra rooms she sub-let out to college student and most of the time, they don't stay long and move out. Theres 1 time, she rented to a sarawakian college student and after 1 week she dare not go back to the rented room. The sarawakian belong to one of the tribe in sarawak and it seem she went back to sarawak to ask the bomoh about the house and the bomoh said the house is "dirty" especially the water tank area.

My wife's aunt told her that when she is in the toilet, there will be some knocking on the toilet door, flower put placed on the wall will just fall off.

The thing is my wife's aunt worship some kind of japanese spirit - the one where there is a small box with door.

Theres 1 time, my wife's cousin from out station stay over at her place for a couple of day while looking for a job in pj.

Theres 1 evening, after dinner (around 7+pm) she stand at the main door as see did quite frequently and looking out at the street. She saw a lady walking pass. Initially she didnt thought much about it. Then she start to felt strange in the way she walk. When she look carefully, she realised that the lady have no feet!

She was so shock that the very next day, she quickly go back hometown and was hospitalised for 2 weeks.

Someone told me its a japanese female spirit but i don't know. Can't find any info anywhere (curious). Didn't ask her too bcos i find she is weird. .

This one happen to my friend hse at Tmn sunway cheras. He renovate whole  2 1/2 storey hse, only dares to stay less than 2 yrs. Midnight usually can see a long hair lady wearing long dress coming down from upstairs to go out from kitchen door.
He then rent the hse to few families, each one stays few months then cabut.

Last year another friend rent the place with his 5 friend, they work as bodyguards with firearms. First night 2 person left at midnight after seeing the ghost. One night another 2 Malay praying at living room, suddenly see the ghost standing at staircase hearing them praying. They all left after one month. They say better not staying longer because frightened they might get possessed n shot someone.
Now the place rent to a group of Africans. Everyday play loud music n seems don't sleep every night. Maybe the ghost more frightened to this Africans.

2" all ran away, comes the 12"  the lady ghost became submissive. "ride me hard baby, i like it"

When the Africans high on drugs not only ghost fear them,our cops feel treathern.

I agree, but I also think that those words shouldn't be said lightly!

I once volunteered to be the exhibition guide for Soka Gakkai Malaysia. The exhibition title was 'Seeds of Hope', they call it a peace exhibition. I think they do run activities across different schools ? LOL, does it mean they are spreading their ideology in Malaysia?

After that incident whenever I go to oversea or local hotel before I enter I usually knock the door before I entered and once I enter I will usually say sorry for dusturbing and I will stay for a few nights pls don't disturb me. And for the shoes I will leave one facing up and another facing down. If I have a double bed I will but my luggage to the other bed
