If purchased it, then robohkan the whole building, and let the whole land vacant for a year then rebuild a whole new banglow. You think this will solve the problem?

i have seen one house in bukit pantai. worth millions i guess but its been completely abandoned. looked like something happened n the ppl staying there left in a hurry or something really bad happened to them.
can see some furniture in the house, roof badly damaged, windows all broken. even got a big tree growing in the hall. dunno how many decades abandoned d.
but the other houses around all VIP punya. all nice2.
i wanted to get down for a longer closer look but guard fr next door house came n ask me wat is my business there. so i left
