ok u know d main road that links tmn sea to kampung tengku. tmn sea school traffic lights to kg tengku t lights. straight road with some curve.

along that road got one bus stop. got 2 junctions on left n right of bus stop. turn into d ss1/25 road n go all d way to d end. the house next to the flower nursery.

i din know about that house until today.

heard fr a fren that CapSquare in KL had some issues in the basement parking. one supervisor doing flooring went to B3. pitch black but he can hear in the distance someone sweeping the wet floor with a big brush. den he remembers that he din assign any of his indon workers to b3 . he calls out...no reply. den he hears d the sound of someone running on wet floor towards him. he ran for his life.

den there is KLCC parking lot. basement also. Petronas staff complain of being disturbed when going to their cars when working late.

there is one famous hostel story.

one guy was having a smoke...right hand resting on on open window. blowing smoke out.

one motor stops next to the window n d motorcyclist asks "bang macam mana pergi rawang?"

so the student gives him d directions. motorcyclists thanks him n speeds off.

den d WTF moment came...his room is on d 3rd floor. how did d motor pass by lidat LOL

This one happen to my friend hse at Tmn sunway cheras. He renovate whole  2 1/2 storey hse, only dares to stay less than 2 yrs. Midnight usually can see a long hair lady wearing long dress coming down from upstairs to go out from kitchen door.
He then rent the hse to few families, each one stays few months then cabut.

Last year another friend rent the place with his 5 friend, they work as bodyguards with firearms. First night 2 person left at midnight after seeing the ghost. One night another 2 Malay praying at living room, suddenly see the ghost standing at staircase hearing them praying. They all left after one month. They say better not staying longer because frightened they might get possessed n shot someone.
Now the place rent to a group of Africans. Everyday play loud music n seems don't sleep every night. Maybe the ghost more frightened to this Africans.

That is why when u want to view some house better to bring a baby or a kid. If they cry or want to go home once u enter then better don't buy. This is what I heard from ppl

Actually, if the market price for that house at that location is Rm 1.2m . You think the owner willing to sell it for RM 300k?

If purchased it, then robohkan the whole building, and let the whole land vacant for a year then rebuild a whole new banglow. You think this will solve the problem?

Because i rasa sayang lah.. all these houses' location not bad wei. Like the Puchong's hill house, can view KL city also.

I think that's a good news. Otherwise, i won't be able to sleep peacefully. Imagine there are a person lying beside you on bed and you dunno.

1 more story. 2 days before my neighbour's husband decease, he was hospitalized at that time. But then normally my other neighbours also will bring their kids to their house to lepak and chit chat. Then, one of the time which is exactly 2 days prior to the decease of the husband who was in hospital, my other neighbour as usual bring their grandson and granddaughter to this neighbour house, surprisingly, the grandson refused to go in and kept saying, 'scared'. When the grandma forced him to get into the house, he cried and refuse and kept saying 'scared'.

After 2 days, the neighbour husband finally passed away. Now, already about 1 months + and everything seem to be normal now even my other neighbour still bring the grandson and granddaughter go to my neighbour house. Only that 1 particular time, he was afraid to go in, prior to that or after that, he was perfectly fine to go into the house.

Peculiar right? 

oh ya contractors are another good source of ghost stories.

decades ago when my house was renovated i remember the chinese contractors will tell many stories to my family. a bit too many until kena scold by my grandmother LOL. my grandma believes that telling these stories will attract bad luck n those things.
