How about PCIE-E frequency? I think it should be locked instead of auto, my MSI board doesnt allow me to do so, and I can only OC via their utility (max 11% only, dammit).
Why can't i overclock this thing!

It's manually adjustable, and I don't think it has an auto option. thus i doubt it's a factor
