Here's my black Moto 360 with cracked back. Normal usage, no metal strap involved. Bugger just cracked lidat. Haihhhhhhh.........
Anyway I sent it in to Brightstar yesterday. They said they totally don't have stock. Nobody in the whole office knows anything about Moto 360. They keep saying there only deal with phone warranties. WTF! Finally they said only 1 guy in charge of Moto 360 n he's on leave. Monday oni go back ofis. God knows when he will take action n God knows when oni they can gip me a new one back. QUOTE(zhou86 @ Apr 17 2015, 02:29 PM) I bought the Moto specifically for the Mickey face. Been looking for a nice Mickey watch for years. Even looked at Disneyland n failed to find one with the moving hands. The black Moto has the white face Mickey. Silver is black face MickeyThis post has been edited by ianho: Apr 17 2015, 03:39 PM |

QUOTE(zhou86 @ Apr 17 2015, 12:19 PM) Yeah, I saw many issues like this surfaced online, even though using original Leather band. That is why I immediately got the SteelConnect. Yes the watch works perfectly but I'm not sure about the water resistance with the crack there. Water resistance is very important coz I swim, cycle, run with itBut I see many say its only aesthetics, meaning the watch can still function 100% like normal, but sakit hati lor. See how Brightstar respond to this. In the US, Motorola straight replace new one. Keep us updated bro. |

QUOTE(SonnyCooL @ Apr 17 2015, 05:46 PM) write in to us motorola and complaint abt it la .... they send u a new unit faster than local disstributor ... Dowan la. Gip Brightstar a chance to do it their way. If they insist no replacement for cracked back then I'm gonna email Motorola Customer Service direct n complain Brightstar Malaysia. QUOTE(iz1011 @ Apr 17 2015, 07:32 PM) Hey bro, how did u get the SteelConnect bracelet? Going to get a second hand moto 360 for myself but don't like the leather band. Actually the Horween leather straps r damn comfortable. N most ppl don't use it in water anyway. |

Leather care very easy wan la. Just wash with hand soap. N leave to dry naturally overnite. Just don't put in sun or hot place. That will dry n harden the leather. After every few washes, just apply some leather conditioner to replenish the oils whicy keep the leather soft n supple

QUOTE(SyathibiyMegat @ Apr 19 2015, 11:15 PM) Motorola never claimed Brightstar as its official distributor and doesn't do intl service. And replacement is only available for US only, I think. Diff country has diff policy Then what is this? Motorola International simply allow ppl to call themselves Authorised Distributor? Malaysia Boleh? Motorola don't sue fraudulent distributors?Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(zhou86 @ Apr 21 2015, 08:10 AM) For me, I managed to avoid it by using Pebble Steel band with modification (to prevent contact between the band and the plastic back), and also using the SteelConnect. I pakai stock leather strap oso kena. I guess it's certain batches, plastic supply not so good. QUOTE(LuffyPSP @ Apr 21 2015, 08:37 AM) ah dem that sucks~~~ Just grab 2nd hand from garage sales la. I saw a fella selling rm700. I seriously thought of the LG coz of my experience with cracked back but still in love with my Moto coz just too butifullllllll. Haha. My friend's G Watch R can last 2 days with always screen-on turned on. But i like moto 360 design more, plus it just pair with my moto nexus 6. hehe. as the Moto-Couple! But Ambient display not so reliable anyway so best to turn it off like i did on Nexus 6. Hmmm... I heard Google IO in May though. Maybe best if i wait. but the temptation quite high edy. haha. Also love the wireless charging. |

Can't wait for the wifi feature man. Then can use with my iPhone liao. I set my android at home with the same whatsapp groups n Facebook. Then I can just go out with my iPhone with all the Whatsapp n Facebook notifications still working. Just on my iPhone Hotspot for the Moto 360 internet connection.
