Dear Sifus here

looking seriously to get on of this but whats holding me back is the dark strip at the 6 o clock of the watch and we dont have a full face what is the dark strip? and in some photos i dont see it especially white face the strip doesnt seem to be there .

Can anybody explain this to me please thanks in advance.
