Watching Apple Watch demo seem to yield slightly more useful functionality in day to day life. Android Watch on the other hand tries to hard to replace a smartphone.

Tried it today. It seem very lightweight (I havent tried Apple watch nor S2). The interface didnt seem the easiest to use at all.
