The plastic holders are known to crack, mate. Moto provides replacement holders though, if you have a way of receiving packages in warranty covered countries.

Plastic holder ? The charging cradle ?

The plastic holders for the metal bands. You should be glad that it's the holders cracking. The alternative is a crack that starts from the middle of your backplate.

And don't bother getting the steel connect M to use with the official moto metal bands. It doesn't work - I've tried it, it doesn't stay still and slides around like a pole dancer on the spring bar.

Will need to buy a 3rd party metal band. I want to get this: http://imgur.com/a/WNbkq but I have no idea where the poster on reddit got it.

My Moto 360 Gen 1 suddenly decided to stop charging this week. So it's currently a paperweight. Anyone here experienced or heard about the same issue?

decided to stop charging, or not turning on?

Both (since it's definitely out of battery now). If I put it on a Qi charging pad, the light on the pad blinks - but nothing happens (watch heats up).

I suspect the battery isn't holding a charge anymore.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Are you putting it on the charger it came with, or a different Qi pad?

The light blinking just means that the watch is communicating with the pad, but if it's heating up, yeah your battery might be shot.

I've tried both. Hence me thinking battery gone too.

Hi guys,

Anyone bought moto 360 gen2 from Lazada?

Now Lazada is offering RM200 off and free premium gift. Is this the best deal already or there are better deals somewhere?

Anyone has any idea what's the premium gift?

Thanks!

Got a link to that offer handy? Would like to check it out.
