Did anyone had any idea any possibility to disable "OK Google" appear everytime the screen is turn on?

This OK Google is damn annoying and useless.

Don't care on Apple watch. I am more care when can get Huawei Watch!

It gonna replace my moto 360 as soon as it get selling here!
