for the first few cycle it will be draining fast ... my advise let it depleted till 0% then charge back to 100% .. at least 2 times to get the max batt cycle

Use steelconnect lah ... i just installed mine ... and boy using a nato band is good but a bit thick on the plate see if can charge or not
