You are mentioning the stock band that comes with MOTO 360 right?
I am talking about the Cognac Brown Leather Band

Are you referring to the same band?

Yup, I am referring to the cognac leather band. Its either glossy or velvet-y. Damn, no one replied me on the G+ group lol.

I just realized that our mic don't have noise cancellation. ohmy.gif
I replied via wechat using voice and I can hear ambient noises loud and clear.

5 Out-Of-The Box Things You Can Do With Your New Moto 360

So you took the plunge and made the wise decision to buy a brand new Moto 360. And now? You look fantastic. You feel fantastic. Now let’s get you up and running with five cool things you can do with your Moto 360 right out of the box.

Step It Up
Keep track of how many steps you take each day with Moto Body on Moto 360. You can also compare those numbers at the end of each week, as well as track your progress against your weekly goal. The better you do, the harder Moto 360 will push you to take more steps by increasing your goals.

Wrist and Shout
With Moto 360 you can respond to a Google Hangout just by using your voice. Just swipe left when a message comes in, select “Reply,” and say what’s on your mind.

Say Cheese
When you open the camera on your Motorola phone, a “Take a Photo” card will appear on your Moto 360. You can set your phone up away from you and use your watch as a remote control trigger to shoot photos on your phone.

Make a Face
Moto 360 has amazing watch faces to choose from right out of the box. That said, you can make your own by using Motorola Connect on your phone and choosing the “My Design” watch face. You can choose a pic from your phone's photo gallery and customize the clock’s hands, accents, and tick marks. When you’re done, the new face will automatically sync to your Moto 360.

Block Party
If your phone is bursting at the seams with tons of cool apps, don’t worry—your Moto 360 doesn’t have to receive a notification for each one. You can choose which apps you want to see and which you’d like to hide. Simply open the Android Wear app on your phone, select “Settings,” then select “Block app notifications.” The apps you select won’t sync to your Moto 360. For some app notifications, you can even use your watch to swipe all the way to the left to block further notifications.

Hi everyone. Proudly to say that I'm a new owner of Moto360. Just want to share a little piece of information. For those who are on budget and wish to buy a Moto 360 steel band version, why not consider Amazon.com?

I just got mine with silver steelband at USD299 + USD6 for shipping, handling and tax. They delivered my watch in just 5 days (including weekend).

After conversion, it was RM1073, I believe this is very much cheaper than most sellers in Malaysia can offer. They use DHL to deliver and their service was awesome. There was no custom clearance delay because DHL did "pre-clearance" before the watch even arrived at Subang airport.

My local credit card charge me RM3.52/USD1. Make sure you buy with USD upon check out and don't use their (Amazon) currency converter as their use an elevated rate of RM3.70+/USD1.

The watch is stunningly pretty especially with its original steelband. I personally think that the pebble steel band is ugly. No offence.

Good luck. thank you very much..

Guys

Can u please convinces or poison me?LOL. Am having trouble deciding between the moto 360 and the LG watch R. Moto has a older processor, but LG doesn't comes with the ambient light sensor. ARGH!! Hard to pick! Battery life some more different also. I like the Moto design but crave for the LG battery life. What to do?

If you can easily access your charger, then moto 360 it is. I can't as I am busy with my work so battery life is important for me so I chose LG. But for design, I would definitely choose moto 360 smile.gif

Just FYI, no issue for Moto 360 to hit whole day battery life even with Ambient Mode ON. I often hit home @ 60% battery left with Ambient mode off.

Early firmware was bad, after several update, battery life and performance are improving further and further. Yes it cant beat G Watch R or even G watch/Gear Live, but TBH surviving one day is good enough for me.
