Ridiculous Sony offer the smartwatch 3 steel at 1399. Totally ripped off.

Can get way cheaper at expansys. RM869/899 for metal strap and RM669 for silicone. But don't have Sony Malaysia warranty laa.

Guys, got newbie question :

1) what is casing means (42mm vs 46mm)? Is it the size of the watch face diameter?

2) are the watch face designs available online for free or need to pay? Must use Motorola design only ?

2. you can get free via facerepo.com but you need to buy watchmaker or facer to use them, play store has them too but severely limited and no "awesomeness " factor, no moto software needed, just android wear

So in order to have different faces, need to install apps (on the watch?) and then download faces separately and use with app

install on phone, and it will later install on watch and you can use custom faces

amazon selling moto 360 for USD143... can get locally cheaper?

Sadly no. The adaptor acts like a normal watch lug which the Nato strap is strapped to.

The original springbar sits too far into the watch case.

ordered from Expansys. no tax/sirim payment whatsoever. EXCELLENT service i will say from Expansys. first time ever buying from overseas, and I received my item within 24hours. Yes, 24hours from HK via Fedex. Faster than local seller.

But different story for the Steel Connect though. Kinda regret buying it coz i have to find another strap to use with it coz it kinda weird with my steel band.

SteelConnect is designed to work with your typical normal 22mm watch band as bands for the Moto 360 need to have a notch in the middle to work.

yea, already included everything. I'm amazed with the delivery speed.


Should have ask about this before purchasing the Steel Connect. If i were to use the steel-connect, my stock steel band will be useless and likewise if i use my stock steel band.
