QUOTE In spite of the tough measures, CIMB Research is keeping its “overweight” recommendation on the property sector in its review and outlook sector as valuations of property stocks are attractive and many developers are on track to report record sales and record profits. QUOTE CIMB Research downgraded the property sector from “overweight” to “neutral” in light of tougher property market conditions after the implementation of the GST. soo... is it overweght or neutral ???? |

yep... who cares about what's coming after september 2016.... thats 1 year away.. they can goreng so many times before that...
furthermore, Draghi's QE is sort of open-ended... with first review on sept 2016.. and now.. we just need yellen to doubt US' recovery,,, due to the poor wage growth and dismal holiday season retail sales... if she she really delays rate hike... that's when the crazy bull will come... watch out for Fed meeting on 28th Jan!!!! QUOTE(cherroy @ Feb 4 2015, 08:01 AM) Should be playing catch up, but overall market may be capped due to potential downgrading on Malaysia sovereign bond. http://www.cnbc.com/id/102391085 CNBC Version: QUOTE("CNBC") Ratings agency Moody's warned last week that a worsening in Malaysia's debt dynamics or the crystallization of large contingent liabilities could exert downward pressure on its current A3 rating. Meanwhile, Fitch has an A- rating with a negative outlook on the country, which means a cut is likely within the next 12-18 months, according to a recent statement from the agency. TheStar Versions:QUOTE PETALING JAYA: Moody’s Investors Service has affirmed Malaysia’s bond and issuer rating at A3 with a positive outlook, driven by the fiscal reforms and the strength of Malaysia’s fundamental credit strengths. http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...t-A3/?style=biz http://www.thestar.com.my/Business/Busines...ting/?style=biz QUOTE |
