6% Clearing Fees
6% Trading Fees (Commission?)

typical brokerage 0.42% or less, clearing fees is 0.03%.

Lets take clearing fees as example.
New fees include GST is (0.03 + 0.03*0.06) % = 0.0318%
You buy share worth RM100,000 in one transaction, paid clearing fees RM30 currently.
With GST, you need to pay RM31.80. Small diff only

No, stamp duty is tax, normal principal is, there is no tax on tax one, so should not subjected to GST.

Eg.
last time trade commission is Rm12, with GST, it become Rm12.72.
