Nothing special about that card. If you did submit the registration card to become a Hotlink Club member, they'll send you a virtual membership card upon processed your application. The virtual card is in the form of SMS or MMS.
You need to show this card in order to get the promotion offered if necessary such as getting special discount for Hotlink organized concerts and etc.

I think there's only transaction fee of 50 cents incurred for credit transfer on the side who is initiating the transfer.
