digi's system during peak season always hang wan laugh.gif cant call out,cant sms doh.gif maxis still ok but sometimes cant send smses out..calls no problem

It Was Their Reply To The Email I Sent To Them Online..
I Asked Them To Double Confirm Whether Loading The Maxis 3G Portal (Homepage) Is Free Of Charge... And I Got The Confirmation From The Lady That It's Free.. Hehe.. smile.gif

Quite Good Customer Support I Would Say... smile.gif

As For The Miss Call Notification, Why Not Try Activating Thru *100#?

i received a call frm Maxis, the gal told me to provide em my IC and Address and they'll help me to register my 012 online...anybody got called?

hmm,they called me using this number 03-23015000 and she asked whether im mr xx xx xx..n den they start asking. for my IC and address to register my maxis

well, currently i'm a maxis corporate user. found out that the customer service kinda bad. took so long to deal a customer in their centre in TTDI. more than 20 minutes. the line nowadays getting bad and during festival, no report delievery.. kinda disappointed.. regarding 3g, hmmm... i don't know how they configured it until when i turn off my wifi, automatically it connect to maxis 3g.. got one time when i woke up and look at my phone.. gosh! my 3g connected 8 hours something ago... straight away call them and polish them nicely.. found out digi now is better than maxis.. more rewards! well guys, consider again before u guys choose service provider for your mobile.
