I'm using 132 IDD like nobody's business and I'm happy to say that it IS working fine. I think it's you who dialed the wrong number. And do remember, 0.20 is for FIXED line, 0.99 is for Mobile... and I think 44 is a mobile number in UK.

Please don't simply put down a conclusion without consulting the customer service le... mad.gif

Long story, but to make it short, I think I solved it tongue.gif
Divide by 2? You sure about that mate? I thought they charge you the moment your call is connected?
*
The rate is calculated using 30 seconds block, yes they charge the moment you called but only half the rate, and if u go over 30 seconds they'll charge the other half of it .

I can reassure you there is not 'time limit' for voice calls under non-peak hours. My average call time during this hour is average of 20-40 mins.

hehe..

wait wait wait... are you saying Maxis or Hotlink's customer service?

I'm a postpaid user and I've never waited more than a minute whenever I call 123. Totally satisfied with the CS.

Well.. what I know for prepaid is...

When you make calls to a mobile number, the call charge depends on where the person you are calling is registered, not where they actually are.

IF the recipient registered in eg. Penang, if you are registered in Penang and you call Selangor it's considered Local call..

IF you are registered in Selangor and call to him, even though he's in Selangor, it's still considered an Outstation call.

In short, it depends on where both of u were registered.

NOTE: This doesn't apply for postpaid plans and standard plan.
Supplementary and Standard has peak and offpeak rates.
