sorry i don't see any correct section .. that why i post here



now my laptop is can't install windows xp 64 bit . . .when i boot i get blue screen error .. i try different windows xp CD but still can't . . . however i can install windows 7 from CD . . only can't xp

looks like sata driver problem.

Check your bios, look for IDE mode.
If your bios doesnt offer compatibility mode then you need to slipstream the AHCI driver into XP installer.
